We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. The order can not be canceled if it is already produced or shipped out.
Warranty and Refund Policy
1 )Within 1 month:
If the product is defective because of a quality problem within 1 month, we refund your payment and undertake returning freight charges and customs tax.
2)Within 3 months:
If the product is defective within 3 months because of a quality problem, we will replace the new one. Please deliver the defective to us first. We will deliver a new one after confirming the mass defect. The shipping cost will be shared equally.
3)Within 1 year:
1, Provide 1-year warranty from the purchase date (excluding man-made damage). If the product occurs some quality problem in a normal use case during the warranty period, you can enjoy free repairs in China, but freight and customs clearance fees are burdensome by the buyer.
2, Please send the video to us which could show us the quality problem. we will give you technical support to solve it within 24 hours.
4)More than 1 year:
If the damage is caused by human factors and irresistible factors or more than the warranty period, we will charge appropriate maintenance costs.
1) Any Shortage or damage must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
2) Complaint can only be accepted if made in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods.
3) No goods may be returned without prior authorization from our company.
